The details
Most beginner kits are built to a price and teach you that you are bad at painting when in fact the tools are. First Light uses the same pigment and filament as our intermediate ranges, in a smaller, carefully chosen selection.
Twelve pans, four brushes, a pad of cotton-blend paper and a folding palette. Enough to learn on and good enough to keep.
Includes a thirty-two page primer covering washes, edges and colour mixing.

Care & keeping
Let pans dry before closing the tin. Rinse brushes in cool water and reshape the head — synthetic filament keeps its point for years if it is never left standing in a jar.
