Shipping & returns
Every order is packed by hand in the London studio. We use the carriers we trust, not the cheapest ones.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within two working days. Orders placed before noon GMT on a working day usually ship the same day. Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $NaN.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. To begin a return, email studio@fantasiaart.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
We will send a prepaid label for UK orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return in acceptable condition.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or we have sent the wrong item, email us a photograph within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund immediately — no return required. We take full responsibility for packing errors and transit damage.
