Ordering & Shipping

How long does delivery take?: Orders are packed and dispatched within two working days. Standard shipping to the US takes 3–5 days; Europe 3–6 days; Australia 6–10 days. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?: Yes — complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150. The threshold is met before discount codes are applied.
Can I change or cancel my order?: Contact us within two hours of placing your order and we will do our best to amend or cancel it before it is packed. After that point it is usually already on its way.

What is your returns policy?: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at studio@fantasiaart.com with your order number to begin a return.
What if something arrives damaged?: We pack every order by hand, but accidents happen in transit. Email us a photo within 7 days and we will replace or refund immediately, no return required.

Are your pigments lightfast?: All products list their lightfastness rating on the specification panel. We stock nothing below ASTM II — most core items are ASTM I throughout.
Are your brushes suitable for children?: Our brushes use non-toxic materials and have no sharp elements, but the handles contain small parts and we recommend adult supervision for children under 12.
Can I buy replacement parts for the wooden cases?: Yes — spare dividers, felt lining panels and corner keys are available directly from the studio. Email us with your case model.

How does the kit builder work?: Choose your skill level and medium, then browse products matched to your selection. Add what you need — the live total updates as you go. The assembled kit is added to your bag as a single bundle.
Can I add items from different categories?: Yes. On step two, select multiple mediums and the builder will show matching products across all of them.
