The contract

FANTEASEA Studio Ltd. ("we", "us") operates FantasiaArt.com. By placing an order you enter into a contract with us governed by these terms and the laws of England and Wales. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable VAT at the point of checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and descriptions are accurate but may correct errors without liability. In the event of a pricing error on an accepted order we will contact you before despatch.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment data is processed by our payment provider under PCI-DSS standards.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within two working days. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right contact us at studio@fantasiaart.com. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging at your cost. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Intellectual property

All content on FantasiaArt.com — including photography, product artwork, copy and code — is the property of FANTEASEA Studio Ltd. or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
